Binder, thickener for hot white sauces.

Main ingredients : Flour, vegetal fat

Natural : No

Form / particle size : Powder

Heat treatment : No

Indicative dosage : 7 to 10% of the sauce

Use : Hot use.Bring the liquid to the boil. Pour the 'roux' and mix vigourously in the boiling liquid. Leave to simmer approximatly 2 minutes stirring from time to time. Recommended quantity : Soup = 70 g/L Sauce = 100 g/L
