A preparation enabling to elaborate a clear and neutral gelatine to make aspics, pâtés, terrines and decors and all culinary preparations needing embedding.

Main ingredients : Gelatine, dextrose, salt

Heat treatment : No

Indicative dosage : 100 g/litre

Use : Cold use.Thin the necessary quantity of product in cold liquid. Bring to the booil while whisking until completly dissolved. Pour into a suitable container and keep in a cool place. The gelatine solidifies when completly cold.
