Use : Hot use.' Galette 'styleQuantity : 1000 g of preparation + 2.5 litres of water + 100 ml of olive oil Thin out the necessary quantity of product in cold water ; Leave to rest 10 min, make individual patties of approximately 3 to 6 mm thick x 10 cm wide on a hot and grease grill, cook the patties on both sides and leave to brown a few minutes to obtain a crusty product. OR 'Tortilla style'Quantity : 1000 g of preparation + 2 litres of water + 8 eggs. Thin out the necessary quantity of product in cold water ; add the pre beaten eggs. Leave to rest 10 min, make individual patties of 3 to 6 mm thick x 10 cm wide on a hot and grease grill, cook the patties on both sides and leave to brown a few minutes to obtain a crusty product.
