Native from Nepal, this surprising pepper remembered some of the same characteristics as Sichuan pepper, particularly the citrus notes. Flavours in the mouth include notes of wood, exotic fruits and grapefruit. This pepper adds freshness to salted peparation (meat or fish preparations, sauces) and to sweet preparations (particularly chocolate preparations).
